Unconventional

I hope everyone has a good T-Day, if thats your thing. I'm doing something that I havent done before for the Thanskgiving Holiday. More on that when its all said and done.

Special thoughts goi out to my sister this year. She is having a rough time right now, divorce pending. She will pull through, be better and stronger. How could she not, she is talented, smart and a wonderful person. One of the suckiest aspects of life is that bad things happen to good people. But when it does happen you are lucky to have good friends and a supportive family.

That is my hope for everyone pre-holiday.

Peace, שָׁלוֹם

Hippomobile

Walking really is the best way to get to know any city. Take for example my stroll through dowtown Houston recently. I was on my way to one of the downtown Art Fests when I noticed this interesting piece of Art just sitting on Dallas St.

It would be hard to have road rage if you were stuck in traffic next to this.

Of Interest

I've had some low grade bug for the last couple of weeks. Not that its of interest but its basically made me so tired I've been asleep by 9p every night. For those that know me, that is about 5 hours earlier than normal.

So Obama, yay! Predicitable win but who knew by such a landslide. I dont think of this as so much a slam against McCain as it is a long overdue, collective reaction to the last 8 years.

I signed up for a PHD program, in Health Informatics. The fun never stops. You have about 5-8 years before you'll need to start calling me Doctor :) lol
