I think this explains my absence.

Wow. Moving sucks. We moved into our new apartment 6 months ago, and still have some boxes left to unpack.

Heck, we still have some boxes left from Michigan to unpack, and we've been in Israel for two and a half years now...

On a side note, I used your last comment to my site in my most recent post. Hope you don't mind...

Good Luck with your move. It is hard. Look forward to seeing you in Sept. I hope that still works out.

Michael,

Oh, I noticed this time in packing that I still had unpacked boxes from when I left California. IN 1989! lol

Of course I dont mind that you used the comment, its something I say repeatedly to my family in the Negev.

1989! Wow, that's gotta be some kind of a record...

Family in the Negev; no wonder you said it's time to act now; the north-western Negev is where the rockets are hitting.

I hope your relatives are OK.

Michael,

I know, after 18 years I'm almost afraid to open those boxes :)

Family in the Negev are fine, so far. Family in a West Bank settlement are also fine, aside from the being relocated due to "rezoning". Ironically it was the family in the Negev (IDF) that escorted the family in the West Bank out of their homes. Brutal!

SHAZAAM.

It looks just like my garage, except yours looks more organized. Good luck with your move. Excited to hear how things transpire.
